About Nicole Pittman, Founder & Director

Nicole Pittman is the Founder and Clinical Director of CBTWITHNICOLE, a UK-based online therapy service committed to providing ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology, a Master’s in Psychology Research, and is currently completing her MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Goldsmiths, University of London (2026).

Nicole brings extensive experience supporting individuals facing eating disorders, religious trauma, and the complex process of recovery from high-control or coercive environments. Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based CBT while being LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and informed by trauma theory. She is passionate about fostering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their identity, process pain, and move toward sustainable healing.

As a proudly Dominican and African American clinician, Nicole integrates a rich cultural perspective into her work, offering insight into the intersections of identity, migration, and cultural adaptation. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian, she strives to ensure that therapy is accessible and respectful across linguistic and cultural contexts.

Under Nicole’s leadership, CBTWITHNICOLE continues to grow as a values-led service offering high-quality, culturally responsive care to adults across the UK. The practice is founded on principles of transparency, client autonomy, and deep respect for each individual's lived experience and resilience.
