If you're looking for coaching that’s not only supportive but also grounded in evidence-based methods, these services are designed with you in mind. Life coaching through CBTwithNicole offers a unique blend of structure, flexibility, and compassion to help you move forward with purpose and clarity. Whether you're navigating identity exploration, career transitions, emotional blocks, relationship challenges, or simply want to build a deeper connection with yourself, these sessions can support meaningful change in your everyday life.

Each session is rooted in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), meaning we’ll focus on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact — and how small shifts can lead to big changes. While this is not therapy, the approach is still grounded in proven psychological tools to help you identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and stay aligned with your personal goals. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way and build practical strategies that actually stick.

These coaching services are inclusive and affirming. As an LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally aware practitioner, I understand that everyone’s lived experience is different. You won’t be asked to leave parts of yourself at the door — all aspects of your identity are welcome here. My approach is informed by lived experience and extensive work with clients from marginalised backgrounds, including those healing from religious trauma, cultural shame, or identity-based stressors.

This coaching space is not just for clients in the UK — it’s open to anyone around the world. Whether you're in Europe, the U.S., Asia, or beyond, you're welcome to book. All sessions are scheduled according to UK time, so please be mindful when selecting your time slot. Sessions are delivered online via video, with occasional phone access when internet issues arise. Webcams must be turned on, and sessions must be taken from a quiet, private space.

If you're ready to make a shift, to feel more in control of your own narrative, and to work with someone who sees you fully — now is the time to begin. Book a session today and start building toward the life you want to live, with clarity, structure, and a little more compassion.

Please note that life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis support. While these sessions offer valuable guidance and structured support, they are not designed to diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. If you are currently in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harm to yourself or others, it is important to seek immediate help from appropriate services. In the UK, you can contact Samaritans at 116 123 (24/7). In the U.S., dial or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Across the EU, you can call 112 for emergency services. If you are unsure where to turn, please reach out to a local GP, emergency room, or crisis centre. Your safety and wellbeing always come first.
