This service includes a 30-minute online consultation, during which we’ll discuss your circumstances and how they’re impacting your ability to work or train. Following the session, you’ll receive a personalised, professional letter in 2-5 business days that you can provide to your workplace, HR department, or supervisor.
This service is suitable for:
Requests for extensions, flexibility, or temporary adjustments at work
Time off or support following bereavement or other personal difficulties
Fitness to train or work letters (e.g., confirming ability to return after time away)
Each letter is written with care, focusing on observed impact, professional tone, and confidentiality. The aim is to help you access understanding and reasonable support in your professional environment without disclosing unnecessary personal details.
