Andrea is an Integrative CBT Therapist and a registered member of the BACP (MBACP), offering thoughtful, evidence‑based support for people experiencing trauma, anxiety and difficulties with food and body image. With over three years’ experience in the mental health field, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals—particularly in the areas of eating disorders and navigating life after high-control religious experiences. Her extensive background in mental health crisis counselling equips her to guide clients safely through difficult moments and support ongoing healing.

Nicole’s African-American and Caribbean heritage enriches her cultural attunement and ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds. She offers sessions in English and Spanish and provides LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed care designed to meet each client where they are on their journey.
